We receive lots of questions about our online store, so we’ve compiled a few common questions you might be looking for. If you can’t see your question below please feel free to contact us.

Can we personalise the invites with Guest names?

Yes that is possible. It is $15 to set that up for printing.

Can we have printed envelopes?

Yes that is possible. It is $15 to set that up for printing plus $0.50 per envelope printed.

Can we change the fonts on the designs?

The font used on each invitation design makes up part of that design. For that reason fonts are not customisable.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Our standard turnaround time is 1-3 business days for printing and despatch after artwork approval. This does not include postage time.

How do I customise the wording on my order?

We will send you an email after your order has been confirmed, and you can reply to that email with the details for your invitations / order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Afterpay (only available for orders over $20) and Direct deposit.

Can I swap the Reply card / Wishing well card for an Accommodation card?

Yes definitely. All you have to do is confirm the card you’d like to swap out and send us the relevant information for that card.

When to send out wedding invitations?

We recommend sending your invitations 2-3 months before your wedding date. For destination weddings 3-4 months is best to prepare for accommodation and travel.

Can I choose the colour of my envelopes?

We currently have white and brown available on hand. If you’d like a different colour, please contact us before placing your order and we will confirm any extra costs and time taken to order a custom colour for you.

Are you available to meet in person?

At this stage we are purely online only. If you have any questions or are after samples of our cards please contact us.
