#1 – I can’t see any prices on the ‘Our Portfolio’ page. What is your starting price for invitations?

Every invitation listed on the ‘Our Portfolio’ page is custom designed. And therefore have been customised/tailored to suit individual budgets of real couples. As such it makes it hard to put a set price on any of our designs due to that reason mainly.
Our custom designed invitations are priced according to the quantity, materials and time took to create the invitations. As a guide, custom designed packages start at $275 + printing + materials

#2 – Can I order a sample pack before my consultation?

Yes you can! Our sample packs currently come with a few invitation prints, colour swatch cards / invitation shapes & styles available & an info booklet. Custom designed samples require an invitation order and a deposit.

#3 – Can I order a sample of a custom designed invitation from the Portfolio section?

Unfortunately, we do not do custom designed samples due to the time it takes to set up the artwork and print and assemble it to completion. We do provide complimentary samples of your design once a deposit is placed on your invitation order.

grarjay#4 – Do you have a shopfront that I can come and view your invitations?

Our collection is available to view by appointment only Monday to Sunday in Warners Bay. We are approximately 20 minutes from Newcastle and about 1hr from Central Coast.  Please contact me on our Facebook page or fill in the contact form to arrange a time to meet me.

#5 – I have found a design I like, are you able to help us create something similar to that design?

I understand sometimes inspiration find us in many forms so I can definitely design an invitation using an inspiration from a design you fancy. Please note, however, I will not copy any work from another designer. That is against our copyright policies.

#6 – Can you match my stationery to my dress swatch or my bridesmaid’s dress swatch?

Yes I can. All you need to do is to bring in the swatch of colour or pattern to match with and I will try my very best to match it to your invitations. Keep in mind if you choose an off-white cardstock this will make any colour appear darker when printed.

A_site#7 – When should I be ordering my invitations? How long does it take to completion?

Your invitations should be ordered at least 6 months from your wedding date. The earlier the better of course! Once the designs are finalised and approved for printing, please allow 2-3 working weeks for printing and production, before you receive your invitations/stationery. If you have a tight deadline, contact us and ask if your turnaround is possible. #8 – How will my wedding stationery be delivered? Can I pick it up?

Your wedding stationery will be delivered with tracking reference and sign on delivery. You can arrange to pick up your wedding stationery if you are too excited to wait for Mr Postman.

 

#9 – When should I send out my invitations to guests?

We advise sending them out 3 months prior to your wedding date. If you’re planning a destination wedding, then it should be 6-8 months prior to your wedding date.

#10 – Can you print my guests’ names on my invitations and envelopes?

Yes, of course! There is no charge to add guest names and addresses to your invitations and envelopes. We will send you an Excel Spreadsheet that has been approved for mail merging with the artwork. All you have to do is type them out according to the title columns on the spreadsheet.
