In this T& Cs, “we” and “us” and “our” means Pocadot Invitations ABN 69 596 113 355 of Warners Bay, NSW. And “you” means you the customer.

All of our designs, artwork, information and content on our website are protected by copyright laws. All copyright is wholly owned and reserved by Pocadot Invitations. Our works must not be copied, duplicated or recreated in whole or part under any circumstances.

All custom and existing designs belong to Pocadot Invitations. Infringement of this copyright will not be tolerated legally. We have the rights to use any custom work we have done, on our website as pre-designed items or for future works or for marketing purposes.

We reserve the right to use any design created for a customer as samples and can photograph this stationery for advertising in print, online wedding directories, across social media and throughout website galleries.

Social Media + Advertising
We may post photos of your stationery order in whole or part as promotional material or samples. We use Facebook, Instagram, other social media platforms as well as advertising materials and our website. Please advise us upon placing your order, if you do not wish for any photos to be posted.

Currency + Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Prices are determined at the time of order and are subject to change prior to payment without notice. This is due to cost increases from our suppliers and software providers from time to time that is beyond our control. You will be notified of any changes before making payment. Deposits are required to start the design process and are not refundable under any circumstances as design work commences as soon as the deposit is made. Full payment is required for every job before any printing will be commenced. You may make your payment by PayPal or Direct Deposit.

Minimum Order Amount (Print Products)
– A $50 minimum order amount applies to all new invoices unless otherwise specified. If you do require extra invitations or reprints of current invitations, and the cost is below $50, the invoice will still be $50. This is because all new work requires design, proofs and print setup of the machines as well as materials whether it is for 1 card or 4 cards or 50 cards. Therefore we do encourage all brides to order as many spares as possible, as it is more cost effective to have it all on 1 invoice then needing it later on and paying the $50.

Proofreading
We work with PDFs for all proofreading. If you do not have Adobe Reader, please install a free version. Please check all PDFs carefully for any mistakes. We are not responsible for misspellings in approved proofs, so be sure to check your proofs over carefully for spellings, punctuation, capitalisation and grammar. Any changes made after approval of proof and printing will incur an extra charge. If we have made an error after approval that differs from your approved artwork, your order will be corrected, printed and delivered at no charge. Client error after the proof has been approved can be reprinted but at the clients expense. 

Colours
All computer monitors are different, so your printed stationery may not match what you see on your monitor, this is because all monitors are calibrated differently and cannot be compared to each other. Therefore, a sample and printed colour chart can be purchased to give you peace of mind in regards to colour.
Once your order is approved, we will commence on printing and ship the order to you.
Please note that if you ordered a sample set and printed colour chart, you may find slight colour alterations between the sample products/colour chart and your final print run. This is due to the nature of digital printing and cannot be avoided. Returns based on colour are not accepted.

Our Work
All wedding stationery is handmade so slight variations may occur between each item and any samples.  Due to the custom
nature of wedding invitations, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Keep in mind that we
always make sure each order looks beautiful and that the colour is pleasing!

Note: Our custom design fee covers our design time, it does not give you the licence to any finished artwork file that we have created. Therefore if you do require the finished artwork file, please discuss this with us prior to placing a deposit for your custom design. 

Samples
Our sample pack has examples of printed invitations and a info booklets that we recommend purchasing to find out about the quality of our stationery. Please note that it is possible for the final print run to differ slightly from the examples in your sample pack.

Wood Invitations
We offer 3 types of wood for printing and they are Birch, Cherry & Mahogany. Using real wood means that no 2 pieces will ever be the same. Each batch may look slightly different, and colours vary between batches. Slight variance and warping may occur as we are working with a natural product. Wood invitations are naturally better for the environment than paper and when you request to print on wood, a tree is planted.

Wood invitations are supplied with white textured envelopes. We can print RSVP cards, wishing well cards, menus, tags and table numbers to match. Placecards can’t be printed as wood can’t be folded.
We generally print on wood that is 0.45mm thick which feels like 300-350gsm paper. They do bend, and may slightly ripple if moisture comes into contact with them during the postage process to your guests.

Shop Invitations
The discounts above only apply to printed orders from The Shop. It does not apply to Our Portfolio invites and Digital invites.

Postage
Our sample packs are sent via regular post and are not registered.
All other orders will be sent via Registered or Express Australia Post and will require a signature.
Postage costs for orders will vary depending on your quantity and location. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding postage.

Deadlines/Delivery Times
Your order completion time depends mainly on how long it takes you to approve your proof.
Once your proofs are approved for printing, it takes on average 2 working weeks to completion. Unless it is a trifold, letterpress, foiled or lasercut.
Urgent orders may incur extra charges. We will notify you if this is the case.

Images
Images can be supplied by email (preferable) if under 7mb, or Google Drive. Please ensure digital images are of high quality as they may be rejected if not of a high enough resolution for printing. We are not responsible for variations in colour, darkness/lightness and quality to that of prints from other sources.

By supplying images to us for use in products, you certify that:

  1. You are the parent or guardian of the child or have received permission directly from the child’s parent or guardian to use the photographs provided.
  2. You have the permission of your photographer to use any images supplied if they are taken by a professional photographer.
    We have the right to refuse images and/or cancel your order if we suspect your images may infringe Copyright laws.

Cancellations and Refunds
Once you have approved your proofs and the production process has been started, you cannot cancel your order.

We will replace any goods deemed to be faulty. We encourage you to purchase a sample pack before ordering so you can see our quality.

Refunds are available for major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law.

Loss or Damage to Goods
Pocadot Invitations is not liable for any loss or damage caused by third parties. We make sure that all orders are completed to your requirements and safely packaged and sent with a trusted delivery method (Australia Post).

We will supply a tracking number via email when your package has been lodged at the post office. In the event of your package not arriving, please let us know. It is your responsibility to lodge a complaint with the post office local to you so they can follow up with the issue as well.

Privacy Information
Our client’s personal details and guest information is considered private and confidential. We will keep all information secure and will not under any circumstance distribute to a third party.

Acceptance and acknowledgement of Terms & Conditions
Approval and payment of orders are considered acceptance of all terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the above terms and conditions, please do not proceed with your order.

Pocadot Invitations complies with all Australian consumer laws.
