What stationery will I need for my ceremony/reception?

Reception - Carissa's Wedding

Once your invitations are sorted, it’s time to think about what items you’ll need to have a consistent ‘look’ for your ceremony and reception.

I get asked this a lot as a result I have put together a list of items that is useful to have. Before ordering any of these, please make sure you check with your venues to see what they provide so you’re not doubling up.

Menus
For food or beverage menus. We can do single cards or table menus which you can frame or stand up on its own.

Placecards or Name Tags
Folded placecards are the most common, but we can also do single cards or name tags that can be tied up to a cute favour for your guests.

Seating Chart
Displaying your seating plan in style. We can do poster prints, foamboard or acrylic signs. They range from A3 to A1.

Welcome Sign
Welcoming your guests and promoting a hashtag or an ‘Unplugged’ event. Same as the Seating Charts. We can do these in Wood as well.

Order of Service
Order of the Day or just the Ceremony. They come in cards or booklet or paddles. Paddles are great for a Summer event. Booklets are more for a traditional service and cards are basically versatile regardless of the season or formality.

Table Numbers
Or table names. We can do these as cards to sit into a holder or photo frame or stand on the table or even as a label to go on a wine bottle.

Unplugged Sign
Can be tied in with the Welcome sign. Same as the Seating Charts. We can do these in Wood as well.

Favour Tags and Stickers
The perfect detail to tie all your stationery together is having a little sticker or tag on your wedding favour. Available in circle, square and rectangle shapes.
